The first computer I used was an old Dell laptop. Don't know the specs, but it was in 2005. Its specs weren't impressive for the time.

When I first got my PC, it had an old Intel C2D and no dedicated GPU. Our first upgrade was a GTX 570 in 2013.

I used to be quite active here.

The HP Pavilion dm1-4002au. Crap dual core AMD processor, hits like 90 over degrees celcius on idle. Minesweeper? Doesn't make it out alive.

I had a wireless keyboard and mouse combo from microsoft a few years back, I don't remember the exact model.  But it was pretty horrible.  Typing would lag, or sometimes just miss keypresses all together, and the mouse was here and there.. Really great combo for online gaming :D

my work in progress

Dell studio 1530. Over heated, no battery life,  and generally a pile of stinky horse dung.

I once tried to play a sims game on a laptop that had a Intel Atom...It did not end well! I believe it only had 1 core and 2 threads!

My first ever PC. Single-core Pentium M, 1GB of RAM and a 160GB HDD.

Brought it back to life yesterday by the miracle of finding some old DDR2 at the bottom of a cardboard box and putting that in it. It works! I'll be damned if I'm shelling out for a copy of Windows so I'm currently in the middle of installing Linux Mint off a DVD because this thing is so old it doesn't support booting from a USB drive...

Core i5-4590 | Intel Stock Cooler | Gigabyte GA-H97N-WIFI | HyperX Savage 2x4GB DDR3 | Seagate 500GB | Intel Integrated HD Graphics | Fractal Design Arc Mini R2 | be quiet! Pure Power L8 350W

I am not a professional. I am not an expert. I am just a smartass. Don't try and blame me if you break something when acting upon my advice.

Spent 10 bucks on a generic USB wireless adapter. Might as well have just thrown 10 bucks in the trash.

If we look at specs: a 30-year old mac.

If we look at actual usefulness: shit wireless headphones (generic brand)
