I am a bit of an oddball when it comes to that. I don't really consider myself to be much of either. Biologically I am a man, but not a very manly one (think of a "pretty boy" / "bishōnen" look), though if my gender was flipped, I'd probably be somewhat tomboy-ish. In other words: somewhat neutral.

 

For the time being, I am seeing more advantages being a man, personally. Plus while surgeries can be done to switch one's gender, there are some things that cannot be changed, such as the changes to the voice caused by testosterone during puberty stage of male teens. You are effectively stuck with the same voice as if you were a man, and that can make social situations awkward. So if one wishes to do this change, it must be done early, and not all families exactly think of that as "acceptable" (for various reasons) especially at young age.

 

In short: it's a mess. I don't really care which gender I have to identify myself as, but despite the many disadvantages, I personally find being a man more advantageous and/or easier.

 

It's an odd, but an interesting discussion topic, though.

Never trust my advice. Only take any and all advice from me with a grain of salt. Just a heads up.

7 days of diet and exercise, and other than the initial deflation of he gut, still no fat loss :(

Don't forget about water weight - also you could be gaining muscle.. fat loss does not necessarily equal weight loss, keep that in mind. Two people of the same weight and height could have drastically different amounts of fat and look quite different

As for exercise, I'm doing full aerobic, not weights. I'm just measuring based on my belly size.

Initial 40-37 inch deflation with the water and excessive eating loss, now I'm eating <1500 calories and skipping / star jumps / karate everyday.

I'm not bothered about the weight though, just the 'OMG IM TOTALLY GONNA GET DIABEETUS' waist size.

I went up to 92 Kg at my most.

88+ Kg = obese

75+ kg = overweight

65-74 kg = ideal weight.

For my height. Currently at 84 kg.
