Everybody else has a Lenovo T410 with an i5 except my mom, who has an i7 even though she does the most un-CPU intensive computer work in the house (basic web browsing, should have given her my x200S for that). I have a Lenovo T420BlazeIt.

Mom:

MacBook Air 2nd Gen with iGPU. (Core i5 128GB SSD)

Lenovo K series with Pentium G645

Dad:

MacBook Pro with 2nd gen Quad-Core, 512MB vRAM on GPU. 15".

MacPro Dual 6-core Xeon, 16GB RAM, Dual GPU (This thing is sexy, he runs quad Dell VESA monitors, it's all provided by his workplace)

Brother: Lenovo K series with Pentium G645 & GT610

Me: VAIO FIT 14A & My desktop

The Lenovos were $300 at BestBuy because everyone in my city hated windows 8 and they had tons of extra stock.

They were pretty low end but they had WD10EZEXs in them. And a 350W PSU with a LGA 1155 socket. So I could put a 3470 or something in there later.

The GT610 was $30.

5800X3D - RTX 4070 - 2K @ 165Hz

My family members are peasants and won't drop even $200 for a used desktop. They all use their smartphones and/or tablets for work / school.

It's sad, really. Lol

I hope they back that shit up. If they don't they will lose it. How, when, and where are the variables.

Dad: Macbook Air 3rd Generation, 4th gen Core i5
Mom: 27" iMac (2010) 1st-gen Core i5, 12GB of MIXED DDR3 @ 1066MHz.
younger brother: Corsair CX500, AMD A10-5800K, Hyper 212 EVO, Sapphire Radeon 7870 GHz Edition, Adata ASP900 SSD.

So, as you can see, my brother has by far and away the most powerful computer in the house at the moment. I'm still away.

I wasn't wrong. It's extremely rare that I am. I provided sources as well. Different devs can disagree. Further, we now have confirmed discrepancy from Twitter about he use of the pre-release 1080 driver in AMD's demo despite the release 1080 driver having been out a week prior.

You apparently haven't seen his responses to questions on YouTube. He is very condescending and aggressive in his comments with which there is little justification. He acts totally different in his videos. I don't necessarily care for this content style and there is nothing really unique about him or his channel. His endless dick jokes and toilet humor are annoying as well.
