I'm personally waiting for high performance 6 core, which I can actually afford (sub-$150), Comon AMD, phenom III already! a simple die shrink from 45nm phenom II to 28nm is all I ask!

 

So, what do you want to see before your next upgrade?

My current build is less than a year old, so i'm in no hurry upgrade. I'm planning on doing my next build in perhaps mid/late 2016. What I'd really like, would be for SSD prices to drop so I could ditch HDDs completely and go full SSD.

You probably won't get a 6 core for $150 when the performance of a 6 core is still where it's at.

 

I have a little bit of money. (a little over $100 I think) so I'm waiting for Cyber Monday to see if I can get anything good. (like a better PSU)
