i have had to cut back to my "normal" power lol due to weather...later this week after the 10th i will be good to go for the most part.

I only get a couple flushes until I turn on the generator in these parts but I pee off the deck whenever I want lol.

I just realized I may not have filled out the google doc form at the before the event started. What exactly was it for? I think I filled it out but it'd suck if I forgot lol.

The sign up sheet for the event? If you're on the stats sheets you did it properly

lol yeah its made by Space seating (Sadly its almost Doubled in price since i bought it last year....)  Amazon.com: Space Seating Big and Tall AirGrid Back and Padded Mesh Seat, Adjustable Arms, Gunmetal Finish Base Ergonomic Managers Chair.  not sure if it was exhaustion or what but yeah i love the chair.  i paid $250 for it, its now $394?? my only complaint is no head support but i get used to it being 6'7" even a full back chair is too small to support ones head

Me : turns on GTX 1070 (1M), 1660Ti Mobile (700k), i5-1135G7 (100k) in addition to the 2060

 

Me: gets 1.3M PPD

I hadn't realised how close the GTX 1070 desktop and GTX 1070 Mobile (what I have) actually perform considering its 150W vs 115W.

I suppose an element may also be GTX 1070 Windows vs GTX 1070 Mobile on Linux?  Folding usually seems to get that bit more in Linux.

When very cold out:

3050ti: 1.3M

5800H: 120k-ish

480: 500-650K (depends on WU)

2600X: 80k-ish

3700U: 25k-ish heavily thermally and power limited.

I mean this is just an approximation, I'm sure it would do 1.2-1.3M PPD given full beans but I'm not doing that right now

But your 1070 Mobile does seem to come pretty close

It looks like I can't post to the blog as I'm a newb, but I started the event cpu folding on a AMD Ryzen 9 4900HS Mobile Processor, then tried to switch to a Radeon RX Vega 7 integrated graphics card that isn't supported, and now I'm using an NVIDIA GeForce RTX 3090, hence the rise in output.  My room is up to 70F right now.  I do debate if I should try getting a 4090 though.
