Yup suddenly comic sans for the whole LTT forums. Using Chrome 100.0.4896.60 btw, but it's not April Fools yet in my time zone

Hot take: Comic Sans isn't that bad when used as intended: short strings of text, like forum posts.

 

It's a terrible large size display font though.

@LloydLynx The forum is messed up right now, so you don't need to try to make a post multiple times. It goes through the first time even though you get an error. I just made a forum issues thread about the same thing. Just refresh your page when you get the error and you'll see your post/reply.

I vote to leave the font as Comic Sans, it's easier to read and follow because the letters are more differently shaped than the ones around it making it naturally easier to follow along with reducing eye strain and boosting reading speed. It doesn't just benefit those with Dyslexia, it benefits us all.

Maybe it's based on UTC? It's 8:28 PM on March 31st my local time as of this post, and it's been Comic Sans as far as the eye can see for at least half an hour.

it does not benefit everyone. anyone who needs the font can get a font changer

I think it would be nice to at least have Comic Sans as an option, but leave the font as normal on default,  it makes the forum more fun as Comic Sans.
