the case you picked out looks fine , it's 60$ so just dont expect it to be amazing or anything

A 2600x for $170 is a really bad price. I'd look for a 10400f or 11400f if I were you.

11400f solid choice if you account for higher mobo price.

 

11400f with gigabyte b450m-ds3h will be good value for performance overall.

 

perhaps get less hdd capacity and faster speed. 1tb ssd sata or 2tb of 7200rpm hdd

 

get a better quality psu, its crucial.

 

should geta better screen since 1080p 60hz will heavily bottleneck your gtx1080ti, its a good gpu. I would get 1080p 144hz or 1440p 75hz. if budget allowes you can find 1440p 144hz\165hz for pretty cheap

The point is there's nothing left to cut down. You're just going to have to remove something "optional" like the headset or secondary HDD.
