This makes me feel bad for being on this forum and having a bad computer so wanting to try for ROG RIG Reboot.

Why it would make you feel bad? The information we have is same you have. The contest is not announced yet. Asking constantly about it won't change that. LMG will announce it when they decide to. Nobody here will know when that will be, who will be eligible etc. You can wish and hope, just don't spam about it.

Has RRR21 even been announced yet?

 

If not, nobody will know. Wait for it to be announced first.

By the way, my desktop is a docked laptop. Get over it, No seriously, I have an exterrnal monitor, keyboard, mouse, headset, ethernet and cooling fans all connected. Using it feels no different to a desktop, it works for several hours if the power goes out, and disconnecting just a few cables gives me something I can take on the go. There's enough power for all games I play and it even copes with basic (and some not-so-basic) video editing. Give it a go - you might just love it.

The event has not been announced yet. Until then, we only have the info from past years. You must be over 13yo and have parents permission if you are under 18yo. Also, be willing and able to travel to Canada (= have passport and visa eligibility). As for will it be for international participants or not, impossible to say before its announced.

...and you need to remember that chances to win are very low because there are a lot of participants. Just a bit better than a lottery. So it's great to participate when you see that it's announced, but I would not rely on that.
