Doesn't Chile have a different dialect of Spanish as compared to Mexico? Castilian Spanish from Spain has some drastic dialect differences, I know that.

How did people get the gif's transparent background to be correct? 

Mine is OK in various viewers and on the site all the way until the "now reframe your image" you can't skip after upload, and although I don't want to reframe anything the thing breaks transparency.
