I animated an updated LTT Intro Video

So I had an hour or two to spare and the idea has been floating around my head for about a week. I wanted to do an update to the LTT Intro video that included the new logo.

 

It doesn't really follow the new brand look as a whole and I am assuming the LTT will have a unique animation eventually. But for now I thought I would incorporate the new logo (which I am a big fan of) into the current intro video.

 

I took a screenshot of the new logo, copied it in Illustrator, then animated it in After Effects.

Looks pretty good, They probably can't use your work for many legal reason etc but it is worth noting a revamp on the intro is welcome as it has been in use for ages.

Yeah it's not perfect. Though I think the transition from smile to logo is pretty close. Maybe just a few frame nudges here and there.

That's pretty darn cool! Nice job! :D

I spent $2500 on building my PC and all i do with it is play no games atm & watch anime at 1080p(finally) watch YT and write essays...  nothing, it just sits there collecting dust...

Looks really good, and I think it could be a good placeholder until they have a new intro ready.

 

But I hope the new one isn't far from completion, because the current one is getting kinda dated.
