noise levels en oem, quality they are a bit different, i know

1. Noise levels aren't the same. Corsair CX550 is Lambda-A, Corsair TXM is Lambda-S++

2. CX is dual sourced by CWT and Great Wall. TXM is just Great Wall.

3. If you know the quality is different, why say they're the same?!

Just like how the PRIME Ultra Titanium is just a M12D but slightly different.

No, half of the CX450 are actually the same Plattform as TX-m Gold.

Would RM750x (2018) be an overkill for Ryzen 5 2600 + GTX 1660Ti? I just want to get a great quality PSU with 80+ Gold rating but I couldn't see any good 80+ Gold PSU which has like 550W at where I live (Turkey). Not even RM650x is available ?

it would be massively overkill

there is nothing available from tier a or a+ over there in 500/550w?

All the 80+ Gold PSU's I saw was either 750W or above, or from brand I've never heard of before like High Power. There's only NZXT E500, and the price of it is almost exactly the same of RM750x's.

Doesn't really hurt by going with a higher wattage unit. You don't need 750W, but if it's cheaper or the lower wattage models aren't available locally then it's fine.
For reference, system with Ryzen 2600 + GTX 1660Ti is going to use less than 300W even with overclocking. If they're available you could look at some 450W models like the Bitfenix Whisper M or Be Quiet Pure Power 11 which are also 80+ gold rated.

Got any links to Turkish PC part stores? Can see what's available for you.

Haven't seen from Bitfenix or Be Qıiet either. We don't even get to have any EVGA parts, not even GPUs. ?

Here are some stores though:

WTF!? Why does a CXM and TXM cost MORE than the RMx?!? That makes no sense... That even looks like the 2018 RMx due to its size, so it's not even like they're clearing stock of the old RMx models.

WHY IS THE RM850x CHEAPER THAN THE RM750x!!?! WHY IS THE TX850M MORE THAN THE RM850X!?!

Man, screw Turkey! Their PC part prices make absolutely no sense.

From what I've seen looking at a couple of the websites (not all, some I couldn't navigate due to the language), it seems like the RMx is the best deal. They seem to have very few 450/550W PSUs, mostly starting at 750W even for stuff like the CX/CXM/TXM.
Brands available are pretty much limited to Corsair, Seasonic, Cooler Master, Silverstone, and Thermaltake. The Thermaltakes I saw were all the junk (TR2, Lite, Smart, etc) and the Cooler Master units were either the junk models or super expensive high end models (V series). Seasonic was also mostly high end (1000W Prime). Same thing with Silverstone which were either the low quality Essentials or the expensive Strider Platinum 1200W+ at like $250USD...
From what I saw there's really no good middle, good quality budget units. Either really low end stuff, or really high end expensive USD$200+ stuff.

Go the RM750x (or even the RM850x since it's cheaper).

I need to move out asap lol I cringe every time I compare the price of the RM750x and RM850x, it's ridiculously stupid. Thank you to both of you for your time, I really appreciate the help because no matter whom I asked to from Turkey, they kept recommending me the basic 80+ Bronze PSUs since literally there isn't any good one except a few. Found RM750x on the 2nd website for a cheaper price, going to get that one soon.

i mean, something like a cxm/cx would fit perfectly, but with this weird pricing, i would rather get the best one, which is the rmx

Some other sites as well have CX750 listed for almost the same price as RM750x, cannot get the reasoning behind it. RM750x was cheaper than the 850 version a week before as it should've been, but suddenly it jumped out in price quite a lot???? ?

Only thing I can think of is the store stocked up on high wattage units during the mining craze, and is now just left with lots of 850, 1000, 1200, 1500W units they can't sell. There was a strangely large number of 1000W+ units on those sites.

Probably either the CX750M or the CS750M.

so oc'd i5 4690k and oc'd 1080 ti from aorus will easily pulll 550W under full load? so will a EVGA SuperNova 650 GQ 80Gold work? Budget wise I dotn really want to buy a gold 750watt psu because they are another 20 bucks more. The EVGA 750 BQ 80+Bronze is only 80 bucks and efficiency isnt a big deal, i just want hte PSU to last 2-3 years with heavy use

a good 550w unit is more than enough.
