Pitri returns!
She's in the pillow fort I built for her while she was on the chair.

Jen (our housemate) says that if anyone other than me had built it, Pitri would have left, but she trusts me quite a bit.

Here we see her sleeping.

She turns 14 next month.

Fun fact: She used to be a street cat, but Jen's sisters lured her into a garage with dog food, shut the garage, and gave her to Jen as a Christmas present.

Garden kitten this time, his name is Coal or Charcoal, he's been living in our garden ever since he was born and slowly got used to humans around him, he slowly but surely started liking me and he's very sweet!

Dips just sits on windows and watches birds for the most part but has her crazy moments here and there lol, sadly she can't go outside, she's really hostile against other cats (So our garden cats in this case) and can be overwhelmed as well so she's just a house cat.

Depends on what they kill. Many cats can't catch a bird to save their lives, and when they do, it's more likely to be older, slower, birds. They mostly catch mice, rats and rabbits, and the world isn't about to run out of mice, rats or rabbits. Letting cats catch them, is more environmentally friendly than poisoning. 

 

Obviously if you live in an ecologically sensitive area, then you shouldn't have a cat. But most of us live in places where the local ecology has been completely borked, and pretty much the only wildlife left is that which is adaptable enough to live alongside us, and is far from endangered.
