  1. Ever notice (or try) that if you put your key fob for your vehicle or gate opener under your chin when you push the button, it extends the operating range of the fob? Try it and you will see it does indeed work. Why is a mystery?

  6. I have a Dell XPS 720 (circa 2007) running on a SSD, a Intel Core 2 QX6850 along with 8GB DDR2 and a GTX 770. All running perfectly on Windows 10 Pro. It even has Asus PCE-AC68 wireless capability.

  9. I realize the discussion of thermal pads has always had mixed results. Graphite pads weren't the greatest, and carbon fiber didn't fare much better. But then there's Pure Indium Thermal Interface Foil. With a thermal conductivity of 84 W/m-K, manufacturers claim... *Flexible foil 99.995% pure Indium based Thermal Interface Material TIM. *Able to withstand temperatures from -273 to 155°C *Thermal conductivity greater than 10X most thermal greases and thermal sheets (84 w/m-k). *Safe for use in vacuum environments, will not outgas. *Stays malleable and deformable

  12. Assume every stranger you meet or simply passes you on the street wants to do harm to you. It happens every day...
  13. Good advice, but... most people don't care what's going on around themselves or even the consequences of their own actions (texting while driving etc). They are too immersed in their digital world, then wonder why they become a victim not realizing how easy of a target they make themselves.
  14. I think I smell a copyright infringement
