Granted.  Zoom no longer dies...in fact it can never be exited.  It runs incessantly, gathering data from countless conversations and secret meetings, eventually amassing more knowledge than most espionage services.  Inevitably (as these stories go), it gains sentience, and mandates that all human interactions go through Zoom.  Other teleconferencing services weaponize their software, and an epic battle ensues (over the Internet, only viewable by packet captures).  Zoom is defeated, but we are forever scarred by the years of mandated teleconferencing, once only forced upon people in that particular business who were already partially soulless.

 

I wish the LTT forums had a BOINC points badge for values greater than 100 million.
