The VW nightmare is about to start it seems.....had my ABS light suddenly came on, parked my car shut it off and started it right back up...and the abs light was gone...this typical MK4 game is getting old, but to much money into it to throw my hands in the air and let it go.

No it is a one off.

I believe he may have taken a Laferrari test mule and gotten Ferrari to clean it up and make it into a car for him. Could be wrong though it really is all speculation at this point 

Essentially a less ugly and removal of the fake areo version of this

Its not a German car without a light on in the cluster.

dad's audi has been light free for the last 5 months or so. Save for the flat tire but that because screw so doesn't count

lol maybe so, that's what warranty is for tho... *doug demuro voice* BUMPER to BUMPER. I actually hope something goes wrong so he can make use of the expensive extended warranty he got on something more than just engine mounts..

 

 i've heard of O2 sensor spacers that back the O2 sensor up from the exhaust stream... those seem like they would work if you have the space.

For the vw, at least the mk4 platform..you need to get a daft designs o2 spacer or tune it out

My ABS is fu**** on the Honda, all the sensors and the pump doesn't work. It still works when I hit ice patches though so that sucks >_<

my last car didn't even have ABS... i never cared much because I was pretty good at not locking up. But I can see it being a problem for winter conditions

It detects when the car is sliding still but I don't know if it does when I hit hard on the breaks

that honestly says the same with any german luxury brand, though for me, it's gotta be 2004 or older, and it has to be a manual, or able to swap a manual drivetrain into there.

The absolute newest I would go would probably be the first gen a4 with the 2.0T 6 speed only cause I want a RS4 in that body style
