i'm looking to buy windows but I am not sure is buying it from 3th party websites safe.

Some sites are safe and some are not. We are not allowed to talk about those sites here in LTT Forum, its against rules.

The safest place to buy Windows is direct from Microsoft. Beyond that, pick a Microsoft authorized reseller.

 

Honestly, any "real" store you've heard of that sells computer stuff is fine.

I sold my soul for ProSupport.
