Linux Debian 12 GNOME graphical artifacts after NVIDIA

So I had everything working on my machine, then after going to the software update checker and updating there I tried restarting the system, after that everything slowly started going to shit, I have now reinstalled the system 2 times total. Now the screen is glitching, typing this here seems like its taking so much longer and is delayed, and almost like my screen is lagging with a high ping 400+, on the side of my browser the icons are poping in and out of existence, and general lagging, switching tabs sometimes goes back to the previous one before going back to the one i switchd to, also my second monitor has stopped begin detected after that update
