That's lame, although I'm not sure why EKWB would stop producing blocks for other EVGA models. Are they just mad that another company beat them out or what?

I agree.  Judging from the posts by EK, they are a little bitter, but business is business.  I can't imagine that they'll not make blocks for EVGA custom cards.

As long as EVGA didn't pull anything and EK just lost the business (due to cost or whatever) then that is all on EK. I mean, it sucks (for EK; probably great for whoever got the business), but it happens. I wouldn't go and throw away all the business potential of custom EVGA PCB's either. But whatever, it's their call.

GPU-Z sensors tab and Precision X are showing the current maximum clock.

Either getting a 480 or a second 380x depending on benchmarks xD

Edit: I'm getting an i5 before that don't worry.

I saw chatter on OCN saying Byski or whatever may have been who EVGA ran to, they're basically cheap chinese knock offs of EVGA's blocks lol

Precision X was right.  Don't use the "boost" thing in GPU-Z, it's only a base point, the card boosts further than that on it's own.  Check the sensors tab or afterburner / precision X under load to see the actual speeds

Chinese forums say that the CPU blocks aren't too bad but the GPU blocks can be flaky.

Haha, cost cuts don't necessarily translate to the end user...

Hopefully whatever cost cuts they are trying to do don't effect the quality of their products.

Also, I'll be waiting until Vega or the next Titan to jump to the next gen. May have got some new cards on the way to use until then...

You can't hide from me!

I know you have GTX 1080 ... oh wait! 2 of them!

Demanding scores for this test at Extreme HD preset, and then those for 1440p and 4K.

So all of them.

Thanks in advance :P

Ha!  I need to grab a nap.  I was up pretty late putting this rig back together with quite a few new parts.

Until then, I did some quick overclocking and ran FireStrike.  Click on the score in my signature.

I'll keep you posted once I run some more benchmarks.

3x Sapphire Fury Nitro OC+

No GPU OC or fan speed increase, 24/7 CPU OC.

I'll be taking #1 for 1440p and 4K (at least for the time being)
