I am bored and curious and just wanted to know what were your favorite video game franchises of all time. Personally, mine are Pokemon and Sonic, prolly Deus Ex as well.

For the nostalgia, it has to be CoD. I spent countless hours on CoD 4 and I probably would still play it today if it hadn't stopped working on my PS3.

Metriod Prime, Metal Gear Solid, Killzone, Uncharted, GTA. Best games are made by Retro Studios, Rockstar Games, Quantum Dream, Guerilla Games, Naughty Dog... and (insert a studio I forgot here).

Pokémon, Metroid, Super Smash Bros., Super Mario Bros. The Elder Scrolls, Sonic and Mario Kart series are probably my favorites.

Even if I didn't play every game, Pokèmon is probably my favorite franchise, since 1996 Game Freak never failed a single game.

Every franchise has its ups and downs, but all thinks considered, I must say Civilization. Especially if you consider Alpha Centauri anc Colonization as part of the franchise.

Forza and Portal. The only games I like all of them. Everything else is just one or 2 games.

Needs money for car parts :P

DMC is no.1 hands down, Assassins Creed (until Revelations), Star Wars and Pokemon would be top I guess.

Problem is that some of best games out there have only 1 installment, so can't call them franchises. 

The ability to google properly is a skill of its own.

Fallout( 3, NV, & 4)
The original Halo trilogy+Reach & ODST, though I am playing 343's new saga, but Bungie did it better
And Half-Life on GLDsource.

There's a lot more that I love, but these are my personal favorites.

 

Currently focusing on my video game collection.

It doesn't matter what you play games on, just play good games you enjoy.
