What is the most underwhelming/unimpressive piece of tech you own?

So, looking to stir up some conversation, what is the most underwhelming or unimpressive piece of tech that you own? Not the worst, not the shittiest. I'm not looking for something that should not have left the factory floor (ie: low quality PSU, etc.), but I am looking for stuff that maybe wasn't worth the amount of money spent on it.

For me, it would have to be my dad's MacBook Air. It's the current-gen 11" model. Why do I look at it as unimpressive? Because for nearly $1000, it has a poor TN panel, 1440x900 resolution, lifeless speakers, underwhelming hardware specifications, a focus on the design rather than the feature set (no HDMI and crap speakers) and non-upgradeable or proprietary hardware (soldered down CPU, soldered down RAM, proprietary Apple SSD). I could also make a case for the GTX 770 (especially my own). It has prominent fan rattle and noise at full load, the card coil whines like a pig, it cost me $400 USD at the time, it is starting to show it's weakness in 1080p Ultra gaming and I can't stand the fact that my card is such a poor overclocker.

How about you guys and gals?

I don't know if I really have one, not to sound posh or anything.   I could say my cooler because I really like it, but it's so massive and covers up half my motherboard.  I've been thinking about picking up an h220 to replace it so that I can actually see my build lol.

I have a 1280x1024 monitor as my second display. Not that I really have the room for another widescreen monitor anyway.

I'm in this boat, except my third display is an AOC i2367f with color issues. Works fine for Skype and Teamspeak though ;p

My GT610 is "underwhelming."

Just got a GT640 the other day ago from my cousin for rebuilding his PC, it's not too bad I guess. It can handle 720p low fine for the most part, and at the least that gets a gamer through the gate.

My comcast router.

My Logitech Dual Action controller thing.

I had one. I remember it for being what got me to PC gaming with my old Gateway laptop and GTA:SA. It was awful IMO, happier that there are better controllers now.

Funny story, I used a 1280x1024 monitor as my sole monitor when I built my first PC in 2012.

Yeah, why not. I had a 8800GTX. It died, so I ripped out the core and am contemplating making a keychain.

I'm guessing it's TN then? Yeah, I do enough research when it comes to monitors to avoid that :P I have an Acer VE198 as my secondary. For TN, it's not bad.

My secondary monitor is some 17" piece of shit Acer AL1716 I've had for a while. Looking to retire it, use the Samsung as secondary and just go all out and get myself a 122hz monitor and this time, actually look at it in store

AMD HD 3450

Nvidia is to Dr Dre Beets as AMD is to KFC.

One makes you broke, the other you can get more of and have a midnight snack from the fridge when hungry again. Once you go Nvidia, you go broked, turn into an Elitist, or get the incorrect amount of VRAM.

I was only 9 years old. I loved Fifflaren so much, I had all the NiP merchandise and matches pirated. I prayed to Fifflaren every night before bed. Thanking him for the life I have been given. Fifflaren is love I say. Fifflaren is life. My dad hears and calls me a fuckhead. I knew he was just jelly of my passion for Fifflaren. I called him a Sw@yer. He hits me and sends me to go to sleep. I'm crying now, and my face hurts. I lay in bed and it's really cold. A warmth is moving towards me. I feel someone touching me. I feel someone touching me. It's Fifflaren. I am so happy. He whispers in my ear; "this is my pyjama". He grabs me with his powerful Swedish hands and puts me on my hands and knees. I'm ready. I spread my ass cheeks for Fifflaren. He penetrates my butt-hole. It hurts so much but I do it for Fifflaren. I can feel my butt tearing as my eyes start to water. I push against his force. I want to please Fifflaren. He roars a viking roar as he fills my butt with his love. My dad walks in. Fifflaren looks straight into his eyes and says; "He is a ninja now". Fifflaren is love, Fifflaren is life

My WD Live HD

I should have bought a Roku

This thing randomly drops connection, wired or wireless. Not connection to storage, complete internet connection, making it basically a USB to HDMI port for my TV. Static IP's and firmware upgrades/downgrades don't fix it.

Thing is shit useless, nobody buy one.

I got sick of it and will probably jerryrig an XBMC PC out of some old legacy parts and a P4 chip.

@Captain_WD and WD friends, what's up with that?

When I was younger I bought a pair of Skullcandy headphones for $80. Broke two days later on an airplane and I couldnt return them because I was 500 miles from the store. Sounded like crap too. Still banging myself on the head for spending that much on a crappy impulse buy.

I also bought a $30 iFixit precision screwdriver set off Amazon a while back. Bunch of garbage. Got 4 duplicate bits, and 1 triplicate (yes, that is now officially a word). The sticker was on crooked, and the writing smudged and faded after I touched it once. And this was the legit one sold by Amazon. Returned it ASAP and got a $9 set instead. Couldn't be happier

I also spend close to $50 on flash drive back when they were hella expensive. Plus they were the super low capacity ones (2 or 4gb) that you see at the check out of grocery stores. But they were Star Wars figures so I bought like 4 of them. Sad that you can now buy a 128gb flash drive for less than I bough four 4gb ones a few years ago
