Transaction fee stays, but yes it's economically better to pay say 0.003 ETH to transfer out 0.01 ETH than to pay that twice to transfer out 0.005 ETH twice. It'll just take you longer before you can get paid out.
I think so. Not sure what linking the wallet does. I don't use Ethermine.
You can use any wallet you like. Wallets are just a way to interact with the blockchain, which is where your funds actually live. In other words your ETH isn't in your wallet, it's "at" that address on the blockchain. Your wallet has the keys to interact with it. When you generated one it gave of 12 or 24 words. Those should be guarded with your live and never shown or given to anyone. Those words allow you to generate the appropriate keys and recover your funds. If you switch to another wallet, you click recover, enter those keys and voila you can interact with your funds.

Every "accept" is a valid share that you have submitted. Basically work is divided amongst the pool and through shares you are proving to the pool that you are actually putting in work to find the block. This answer explains it better than I could: https://ethereum.stackexchange.com/questions/4529/for-pool-mining-what-exactly-is-a-share
If you are on Ethpool (e.g. eu1.ethpool.org) then you are solo mining. The normal address (e.g. eu1.ethermine.org) is pool mining.
Ethermine's payout scheme is explained in their FAQ: https://support.bitfly.at/support/solutions/articles/8000060967-ethermine-org-payout-policy
You can set your limit (within boundaries) yourself. 0.01 ETH or above will be paid out automatically, balances down to 0.005 ETH can be executed manually. Keep in mind you'll be paying transaction fees, which tend to be a substantial fraction of that 0.005 ETH.
It's fine. There are multiple miners out there, some people prefer one over the other. There are claims of some being faster than others, but I never looked into them in that much detail.
If you had the wrong server address it wouldn't connect. If you send ETH to an address that is not yours. someone will get some free ETH. If you send it to a non-existing address it's lost to the void to my knowledge. In either case it's irreverisble and your funds are lost to you, unless the recipient is kind enough to send some back.
Other than building up enough balance for triggering payout from the pool, yes.
The various cryptocurrency stackexchanges, Bitcointalk forums maybe, Ethereum documentation and things like various pool or miner help pages. Can't recommend anything specific, it's just browsing around really.
Impossible to predict. In any case, as with anything, if you switch "when it happens" you are too late. Keep in mind anything crypto should be considered extremely risky, expect the worst, expect to lose every penny you put into it. Comparatively speaking at the moment ETH is the more "safe, guaranteed" profit whereas for Ravencoin there might come a huge transition of mining power there once ETH PoS hits, which could cause difficulty to skyrocket and might potentially drive the price up for however shortly.

First off reading this REALLY hurt my brain with the lack of punctuation. Second off I can't really decipher what you are really wanting to know about getting any followers. If you are trying to make money off of it you need to put time into your content and build a community but it won't just be over night that you will have what you are looking for. Just with anything time and immense effort will be required so if you are good at making one type of content just stick with it but it's not really that easy. There are more people on the internet streaming their content now than back a couple years ago when it wasn't so common but easier to amass a following. Chances are even if you make good content the level of money that you are seeking won't come for many years and even if it can be made there isn't a guarantee that you'll be able to live off of it. If you decide to try making content though best bet would be just streaming to Twitch or Facebook and then just uploading VOD's to a YouTube channel and hope for views.

Not the most helpful advice but better to be honest and not sugar coat something like this, best of luck.

Considering a majority of your space is taken up by installation.exe file/folders go ahead and delete them. If you find some program that you want to get rid of though I would recommend using the Add and remove setting on your PC to uninstall them instead of you deleting folders yourself (leaves less empty folders). Also start considering using your other drive or getting a separate drive for all your files since you don't want to just fill up your boot drive like that.

Alot of people have attributed some game instability to RTX being on so probably going ahead and disabling it until some big patches come out would be certainly worth it. I bought the game Friday and refuse to open/play it until much of the bugs get patched out. Until then more Witcher 3

Minicoop got a reaction from Mark Kaine in Is it me, or games become harder overtime?
Honestly games that were made quite a while back were way harder than any game that is out today mostly since they were using BRAND new gaming mechanics that has never been used nor perfected. Also on top of that you actually had to figure things out on your own or you had to drop like $30-40 for a guide since the internet wasn't the best most easy access to getting a 'walkthrough' on a part you were struggling on. I mean I just bought BloodRayne remastered recently and the first boss in the game almost felt like a Dark Souls lever boss. Could also do with that fact we used more of our brains before all these 5G cell towers rotted our brains

You can always try and see if you have problems with 8GB. Then upgrade to 16 if you do have problems.

Normally i'd say these days 16GB is reccommended AND minimum for a decent gaming experience.

I play on all low settings and also you aren't going to make leaps and bounds with gaining fps by changing your settings honestly. Just make sure you have all settings at low, Raytracing OFF, DLSS off and you'll be fine.

Well, that's your call then. If you don't want the ability to fix things yourself and adjust things to be how you like why play on PC in the first place? Just go for a console and take or leave what you are given.

    UPDATE!!!
I got through and it appears my ban has been updated to a suspension due to chargeback, YAY. This means I just need to take all of the evidence I have that my account was hacked and they hopefully will revoke the games from the account and lift the suspension. That being said its finals week so I need to study for now. But I plan to do this by the end of the week.

I will have a new update when I have news.

Yeah it just seems that they only real way is getting someone that speaks English and can further pass you along with troubleshooting/parts replacement process. But definitely understand the unease with fixing something yourself given the warranty being an option. Im almost certain though (could be wrong) that it shouldnt cost you a boat load of money to have it sent back but then again it would be on a flight to China, holiday season is coming up as well and not to mention how long it could sit in customs before it gets to its destination. Hopefully you get some type of good news back though 🤞
