Depending on which "cod" you want. 8G ram is probably not going to cut it, as I recall BO3 needing 16G ram to even work on my computer.

Yes on low settings. For real just get some more RAM and you ll have much better experience.

It will be enough to run this, you will probably have a nice experience. Now if you start counting fps, that depends mostly on the resolution and refresh rate you want to play on.
