Of course you can but at what velocity does a knife fly? There are people that can catch flying arrows shot from a bow but I have never seen anyone catch a bullet with their hands (you know what I mean). Thus making it way easier to evade knives and kill people with a gun instead of a throwing knife. (not even talking about the range limitation)

Catching an arrow from a bow drawn to kill is, bar fluke, impossible. I can catch a bullet so long as it's thrown by hand and not fired from a gun

It was more to show that people can have insane reactions which makes it harder to kill them with "low-velocity" objects.
The same guy caught some paintballs without them breaking at roughly 160 Mph which is pretty insane.

I really hope for a future where no specific service owns all the internet videos/music/games/movies and instead we have specialized platforms instead of everything in one place.

I'm against ownership of anything above a revolver or a bolt action rifle. I am for watching gun enthusiasts get really angry at youtube and kids organizing peaceful protests.

 

The thing is that I am an outside observer with veeeeeery tiny chances of my kid getting shot at his school and our gun problem has mostly 0% to do with the sale of guns legally and currently close to 100% to do with the fact that US government agencies sold a bunch of guns to cartels so it really doesn't matters what kind of gun laws we have since criminals were already flooded with them and unbalanced people with guns are a non-issue here.

I currently own no car: I work from home and use cabs or public transport on the weekends and it's enough for what I need. In the past however, I used to own a Nissan Sentra and if job situation changes drastically I might get a similar car (6 to 8 years old, 50k miles tops)
