No they didn't... IIRC it went Hasbro, Infogrames, and then Atari...Nowhere in that mix is ATI.

So I got tired of hearing the 9600 Pro's fan screaming along even undervolted to 7v and out of curiosity I wanted to see if it and my MX4000 had the same heatsink mounts (since it looked like they did)... And they did! So a quick swap later and my dual socket rig is finally reasonably quiet again. Now I'll just keep an eye on temps to see if I need to change up the airflow in the case at all, since the intake is directed at the hard drives since those lads get mighty toasty.

32-bit Windows 10 seems to have less overhead then the 64-bit version.

It runs okay. 1.8" 80GB 4200RPM HDD is some how not maxed out all the time.

Weird. A 2010 HDD that my friend has ran at 100% all friggin time until I gave him an unreleased WD SiliconDrive prototype and now it's fast.

Please note. This is well Idle. No way I would be able to do anything on this thing

Anyone interested in seeing some old Power Mac G4 parts from when Steve Jobs was alive? Check out the weird copper heatsink! The fan was positioned to blow air across these plates, and it sat on two dinky processors. Kinda cool to have lying around though. If i have time, I think I want to make the heatsink a lamp and maybe add resin to the motherboard and turn it into a clipboard.
