Don't lump me in with them. I'm an enthusiast of mechanic design, be it engines, weaponry, or productive machinery. Not a guy with a wrench that reads the marketing garbage AFE/insert other "enthusiast" brand that can't legally warranty half of their products.

I fail to see a correlation between people screeching variations of "forced induction is more efficient!!! Reclaimed energy!!!" and anything I've said.

If you can't be civil. Please leave

Edit. That goes for everyone in the thread

I've done enough projects with HTML and CSS in my web design class to honestly be kind of tired of it haha

but if you ever need samples of anything I can send you all my projects we did

Last time I touched the subject was in 2012 I think so I'm a bit rusty, mostly just reviewing what everything means again. I have a couple ideas for some offline projects I can scratch together for fun.

HTML itself is pretty easy; well the syntax is.

you just have to remember all the tags and know what they do. Or make a big reference sheet or something

css I find myself googling a lot for tho. But that's also pretty simple syntax-wise. I just use separate style sheets... I don't bother with the CSS inside the HTML file stuff

w3schools is pretty handy for referencing this. :D There was a kid in my web design class in high school that refused to separate style sheets and html pages, he just had one massive document for it. Miracle anything ever worked.

Theyre nice cars, but they are just a focus with a stupid amount of power that it cant handle particularly well and the RS500 is even worse.

hey as far as im concerned, anything newer than 2000 isn't *old* yet.

except maybe the viper :P

I'm pretty much the same. If I were to buy something from like 2006, I'd be amazed how new it is.

btw what is up with 2.3 engines exploding?

has anyone ever made a crazy reliable 2.3L engine? pahahaha

it's like a curse almost. he who builds a 2.3 shall blow it up

The merc 190E 2.3-16 engine is pretty decent. Will still blow up eventually but they'll survive quite a bit of abuse.

The 2.3-8v blows head gaskets every sunday. If i ever get another one i'm throwing a steel gasket in.

In other news. Driving the golf today as i'm moving some stuff to the new place. Had forgotten how quiet  it was.

Still eats the rear left brake pads since the caliper is junk but still nice and quiet.

Will be nice to have an excuse to drive to work again though.

And my power bills going from $400-ish to $40 will do wonders for my economy.

I've tried several times with several rollback. No go. 16.12, 17.3.1/3, 17.4.2/3 all bsod after fresh drivers immediately after booting to desktop. 17.3.1 was stable for a bit after a while but bsods when playing videos through VLC.

Gave up and started fresh with a creators update ISO. I have a spare ssd laying around anyways.

i had that problem once with AMD drivers. I never liked AMD drivers lol

Ever since I got an Nvidia card I have had maybe one issue that needed a reinstall (bf1 was allergic to full screen mode).

Honestly that was one of the main reasons I wanted to switch, just wanted to see how nvidia drivers were, people still seem to complain about them though every now and then!

Hmm, I've never ever owned an nvidia card, besides a GeForce 2 we had once, but that's ancient tech.

Never had issues with AMD drivers though. I guess I'd be a fiery AMD fanboy is I was like that as a person :P

nvidia cards never gave me much of an issue till recently. i think my card is to blame for the random screen going out until i restart, since sometimes my cpu has little load but my gpu seems to struggle, then it just gives up and freezes then blanks the screen. i just need a better card.

More likely that it was good quality film and they did the colour rendition more recently. Nonetheless it's an impressive art what they do.
