We can't Benchmark like we used to, but we have our ways. One trick is to shove more GPUs in your computer. Like the time I needed to NV-Link, because I needed a higher HeavenBench score, so I did an SLI, which is what they called NV-Link back in the day. So, I decided to put two GPUs in my computer, which was the style at the time. Now, to add another GPU to your computer, costs a new PSU. Now in those days PSUs said OCZ on them, "Gimme 750W OCZs for an SLI" you'd say. Now where were we? Oh yeah, the important thing was that I had two GPUs in my rig, which was the style at the time! They didn't have RGB PSUs at the time, because of the war. The only thing you could get was those big green ones.

doesn't matter what size the boat is if you don't know how to sail it.

gotta learn to sail a pond before you take on the seven seas.  everyone needs a starter girl.

everyone needs to learn shallow before you can love deep.

go out and find someone that is fun to talk to. then hang out with them.

go searching now, love isn't just going to come to you.

Mine was interesting.

I wasn't paying attention and i just sort of ran into her.

Next thing i know i was on the ground and confused.

It was at a party at Wimbledon College of Art.

 

I'd been trying all night, with every girl there, kind of like a joke, because I really didn't have a clue.

 

By the end of the night I'd pretty much given up and was pretty drunk and a bunch of us were standing around outside the place and I spotted a girl with these little platted dreads and I really wanted to get some platted dreads at the time so I went over to where she was talking to her friends and said something like "It's okay, I hope you don't mind I just want to look at your dreads" and started playing with them.

 

Then we got talking and we sat down and we talked quite a lot and I don't really remember it too clearly but I think she just leaned in, mid-sentence, took me completely by surprise. Then I told her it was my first kiss and she didn't believe me (in retrospect I imagine she must have thought I was trying to sleep with her (I know right?)) and then I just kind of went crazy trying to convince her it really was my first kiss, because I felt like the very first person I ever kissed should have known that I'd never been kissed before.

 

Edit: I literally started pulling out the contents of my pockets in an attempt to show her I was younger than she thought I was (I was in high school and I think she was studying at the college) and I think it worked because one her friends said something like, omg how old is this guy, or some such thing (I had really long hair so people always thought I was older).

 

Edit: Er...yeah...I guess I was a bit of a lunatic when I was younger.
