Fixing Storage Partitions

Hello,

 

I recently copied my hard drive from a smaller 128GB to a bigger 500GB, but I can't expand it in disk manager to fill the whole size. Does anyone know how to fix this and if possible, using only free software?

I typically boot into a linux live usb with gparted, then use the move partition to move the recovery to the end, then you can reboot and extend the c drive.
