My pc has a loud buzzing noise

Ever since i built a pc it has made a buzzing noise and its super annoying how do i fix it.

Start unplugging things one at a time until the issue goes away, starting with your fans and AIO pump.

Is like a fan hitting a cable every time it goes through, might be that. Make sure all the fans aren't hitting anything.

What sort of advice is this? Why would you just unplug everything?
