Agreed.

All I can get out of my GPU is 100MHz on the core and 130MHz on the memory.

Im currently running +170MHz Core and +200MHz memory. I can go higher if I mess with voltages.

Nah, seriously though I just not sure of things right now.. I mean my mom just started a new job and I just started a new job, and this will be the first full week of school. Though last week was just short by 1 day because labor day.

It's times like these that can defeat you utterly, or bring out the very best in you. In my case, when my Volvo began spewing oil everywhere and the mechanic dropped the news that the engine and turbo were knackered (along with some other parts I'd planned on replacing before the above problems), I ended up researching feverishly in the span of 3 days (both cars, and credit options as I'd never taken such a loan before) and ended up with a new car I absolutely enjoy.

Oh. Nah, it already runs cool enough, especially in the winter.

Fare enough, though you could shave a £1 or two of your electricity bill. :P

According to GPU-z lower ASIC when watercooled means higher clocks, probably because you can feed more voltage without the temps going too high.

It has higher clocks under water because they're lower when on air.

Probably a 2, maybe a 1.5.
