Rosetta@home - stuck on "Downloading work from the server"

In BOINC, I'm stuck on "downloading work from the server", after choosing the "Rosetta@home" project. Can somebody please help me out?

First, turn on advanced mode.

Click on the projects tab. Then click tools -> event log

 

Back on the main screen click on your project (Rosetta@home) in the project tab and then click on update in the commands section on the left. The even log should explain what's going on. If you don't understand it, paste it here
