There is no GTX 990.

Beasty card out there with 2 GPUs is TitanZ and the top tier single GPU card is GTX 980.

Ok so basically i asked my friend cause hes really good at computers and stuff and he said that processors arent that important and i should spend all my money on graphics if i want to play games really quickly so i just figured i could buy 4 980s and just bypass the processor and use the processors on the 980s themselves. If i were to do this where would I connect the RAM?

You can't do that. If this isn't a troll, then please go watch TechQuickie, otherwise please GTFO.

The ram goes in the Optical drives, be careful you can only install 2 ram sticks per drive, don't put only one in it because you'll want to use all four channels.

btw, you have to make sure the drives say Blu-ray

That may be quite offensive if that were a legitimate question. That makes it even better that I entirely agree with Fry.

Every computer needs to have a CPU, a GPU, a PSU, RAM, a HDD/SSD, a case of some sort, and an OS. Seriously speaking - go watch some youtube videos on building computers then you'll understand.
