I am trying to turn on my PC but it's not turning on and going down one of the following paths

motherboard screen says "starting automatic repair" and then I see a bsod with stopcode 0x000021a

I see the login screen then as soon as I send a input (move mouse or type)

It bsods and I see the error message bad system config info

is there some way of fixing this ?

my motherboard is x470 tomahawk max

Try resetting the bios. If you don’t know how to I can walk you through the steps

As stated, the chances are great that your HDD/SSD has failed.

You can remove the drive an attach it to a working computer via a USB Adapter with a power adapter. Once powered up, see if the drive is making noise are is totally cold dead. If so, it needs to be replaced.

If it sounds healthy, you can plug in it's USB cable to the working computer and see if the drive is recognized. If so, you can remove the files off of it and replace the drive with an SSD.

Please click the "Thumbs Up" on any volunteer's post to thank them if they helped .(lower left, just to the right of My Computer )
