Just downloaded F@H for the first time, throwing my points in the LTT bucket. When I get some time later I'll throw it on a home server too

Helping is helping regardless.
I totally missed the boat on participating from October 1.  Pretty bummed about it.  

 

I have 6 minipcs folding on average about 325,000 a day between them all.  I've tried manually tracking them.  Does anyone have any better way to automatically track performance?  They are all running bare ubuntu server at full speed.  They make for a fun way to warm up the garage in the winter.

Started using the link for extreme overclocking.  I'm an idiot.  That tracks way better.

Like your network gear i just spent 1500 at unify for my fathers new house...and didn't even get the dream router going to have to use my 1st gen dream machine till the dream router is restocked...

I was doing so good on cancer then it dropped so I went for” top priority “ that wasn’t a big win for me. So now I’m back to cancer we will see if I can get some PPD back

its actually very quiet today.  no changes till we get down to @LavenderPhantom78139 in 30th position passing  justinquedible. we generated  2,010,187,622 points today with 4997 WUs crunched.

I've completed over 100 WUs in the last 48 hours and 21M+ points yesterday (first full day of folding), but I'm not going to manage 20 days before December 6th. While I'm back in the Team top 1,500 (personal goal), I'm not sure if I should stick with this until the end, or at least not at this power consumption level, >1.2 kWh. I'm not even qualifying in this event towards an Event Veteran badge right now.

 

I can potentially add an AMD 5900X and RTX 3080 to my effort to increase my WU rate, but again, I'm not officially in the event

Keep on foldin' on! Those are some good stats! I would personally drop that power consumption a bit but a lot of us have put in the effort from the sidelines after missing a signup. We're all in it for to see how the team does for the month and for the greater good

No freaking way. My replacement EVGA card I got because the fan started to tick after less than a year HAS THE SAME PROBLEM AFTER THE SAME AMOUNT OF USE IN THE SAME FAN AS LAST TIME. Omg I love evga but wtf happened. 
 

 

PS. I'm going to keep folding. It’s only a few days and at this point I’ll turn up the noise machine for when I’m asleep and otherwise im not in the room much. But freer

yeah not sure whats going on with evga in general.  im so afraid of their future when i bought a psu for my fathers server i went with seasonic 750w even though a higher rated efficiency wise evga was cheaper as i know seasoic will be around if i have issues. and i have like 4 of that model seasonic...

I'm going to unplug that fan and rig a 80mm or smth fan so it covers that spot just so I can keep folding for the month and hold on for a little. I'm really disappointed, it's the exact same issue in the same fan as last time. It was easy to RMA though so hopefully that's the same again. I might ask for a refund if they will give it to me given it's been two cards now. It's been a long time though.

Thought my bill was going to be higher... it was the other way around 50 bucks cheaper!
