If your PSU came with a 12VHPWR cable, yes.

Hi guys,

I have recently bought this new PSU and came with a 12VHPWR Cable.

I guess i can just connect it from the PSU to the 3090 directly without any issues?

Yes, the current 12+4-pin 12VHPWR cable and power the older 12-pin Ampere 3090's. The extra 4 sense pins are just ignored.
