Thinking into the future a bit, once the Sprint ends, would we be better served shifting CPU resources to Einstein or back to Yoyo for the final leg? It seems pretty unlikely that we'd be able to get any higher than where we are for yoyo though we could be overtaken. But there seems a lot more room to jump up the tally with Einstein.

Looks like several of the teams ahead of us were bunkering but don't have a ton left after that.

I was thinking of moving my big GPU’s from Numbers to Einstein tomorrow night or Monday… should I move them over sooner?

Not much of a Gamer….. But I have thing about F@H that may be a little over the top.   See my builds here

I think many of us have moved GPU over to Einstein for now. We've got more ranks/points to potentially pick up there vs. NF. At most, we'd lose one placement in NF which is 10 points. We can pick up substantially more than that right now on Einstein. We can try to balance back to NF as the ends of the events approach IMO.

4-7 are outproducing 3 now for Einstein, and we're the 2nd highest producer of that right now.  So we should keep moving up, but we'll need a good chunk more to medal.

Yeah, it seems if we want to take silver overall, Planet3D needs to lose a place or two. Any benefit to moving CPUs off Numbers and over to Einstein?

No doubt we need to have a big run in Einstein, but P3D is also on our heels in NumberField. If they take silver from us in NF, that's a net 20 point hit to overall standings as well.

Ah yes and they doubled their output in the last hour and will probably overtake at the next update if they keep that level of work up. I hadn't realised they were quite so close to us there.

No, I don't think CPU on Einstein will provide much help at all.

Does the OP need to be changed? Would seem the contrary to what we're currently advising. (CPU on NF and GPU on Einstein)

I usually run the Gamma-ray pulsar binary search #1 on GPUs (FGRPB1G), how does time and points compare to Meerkat?

My problem with theGamma-ray pulsar binary search #1 on GPUs (FGRPB1G) was the validation time, i still have 2/4 pending from yesterday 🥲

Edit: It does seem to have improved now everyone else is on it.

Think I will put one of my GPU's back on Numbers for now, I don't it's worth risking losing 2nd place when the best we can hope for in Einstein is realistically 4th at most.

Having my M1 CPU on Einstein, since, gpu doesn't exist anymore:

It's fine, bit of a memory hog tho…

Probably gonna switch to either yoyo or numbers field tho
