If you definitely want to give your sis something and she doesn't want a PC then sell the 2080 super and buy her something she wants or else build a PC and use it for good purposes like Folding at home for helping the scientific community to find cure for diseases.

I have i9 9000k for a processor and 32 gb of ram and i have 2 good monitors so I don't need anything pc wise

Use it for Folding at Home. Can rack up some serious points if it is folding 24/7.

I think building a PC for your sister is a great idea or a second PC for you.

 

I use 2  gaming PCs. One is connected to a LG OLED TV and the other is connected to an ultra wide.

If I am having issues with one I can test with the other.

 

I also build computers with my old parts.

The last one was a i7 8700k with a 1080 ti. It will be used for a work at home/gaming computer.

The one before was my old i7 6700k with a 1080 ti for work at home. 

Before I hand them off and do tests on them to see if some of the strange things I experience with the 2080 tis happened with older setups.  

 

If you only built one computer every couple of years you don't really learn much, but if are build one or 2 a year you learn a lot more.

Where did you get a 2080 super for free ?

consider selling one of the cards (even the 2080 ti), use the money for ampere.

 

If you do wanna build for ur sis, ask her if she even wants a pc first (my sis wanted a mac and building her a pc woulda been a waste)
