I just use the best theme dark theme. 

 

Just yesterday a teacher showed us his screen ... and we saw he was using Visual studio in LIGHT MODE! Because he preferred it! That was madness and we quickly discovered he is an alien species..

 

The only time I prefer a light theme is when I am on my phone while it's sunny out; because only then it's easier to read stuff on light mode..

Light theme on LTT, cause the dark theme here is too dark, and the white letters contrasting hurt my eyes.

I find it difficult on my eyes to read light text on dark backgrounds, so I prefer black on white where possible.

 

Even in dark environments, I rarely sit in completely dark areas so light theme doesn't hurt my eyes.

Dark theme, it's softer/easier on the eyes than a bright theme. Especially at night or early morning.

Dark theme all the things !

Dark theme for lyfe. I use dark reader extension on Chrome, dark on basically every application that allows it.

Dark theme wherever possible, usually with yellow accents if I can pick

I spent $2500 on building my PC and all i do with it is play no games atm & watch anime at 1080p(finally) watch YT and write essays...  nothing, it just sits there collecting dust...

You're the only one legally allowed to use light themes since it's your verified aesthetic.
