Is the Ryzen 3800x announced or released on CES 2019?

I can’t tell if Ryzen 3000 is released or announced on CES 2019. Can you help me out?

We expect only a announcement at CES but their is no official information at this time.

So would you suggest waiting until May for the 3850x or getting a 2700x now?

Not surprised if it's announced, but I don't think it will progress further than giving the basic specs and improvements (% gain from IPC, efficiency etc) and nothing about core count nor frequency.

Yes, it has been announced this month December 2019 and it will be released next month.
