I have one of the older ones that don't have Bluetooth. If it did I would have just stolen the NIC out of my laptop since that one actually has Bluetooth.

Can you show me what you mean by ladies gloves?

(Aren't you a male though?)

What do you use them for besides handling what I assume is awesomely good RAM?

Is this just fancy looking or does it have other features/better quality to justify the cool box?

All the "special edition" kits I just saw when I checked corsair's site are high MHz and C14.  Isn't C14 good?  Idk much about RAM so idk for sure.

its faster at xmp than the other dom kits, but its still slow. if it was c12 or 11 at 3200mhz then it would be impressive. not that it matters anyway because most people who buy them will just run at xmp.

Idk if I would if I got them.  Or other corsair RAM for that matter.   Idk why but when I'd first upgraded to the Gigabyte Z170X motherboard I'm using in my main desktop along with getting the corsair Vengence LPX RAM I have when I tried to enable the XMP profile I kept getting blue screen errors and at least one was bad enough to cause the gaming 7 to recover by using the backup bios.  (Thank you UEFI dual bios. ?)

So idk if it was something with XMP at all or just XMP with this specific RAM but I've been too afraid to try enabling XMP ever since.  Though I there's a new bios I could update to that might help.  I just haven't felt much urgency to rush to flash my bios to this new version. (F8)

Are there kits that any good brand makes that are C12 or C11?

up dating the bios will most likely fix the issue. my z77 d3h couldnt run 1600mhz memory at xmp and now with a bios update it could run 2600mhz

The thing is when I'd updated to the F7 bios that didn't solve the problem.  Pretty sure I'd tested this issue after updating.

Do you have any idea why it says "ddr XMP compatibility" for the F7 bios but just "XMP compatibility" for F8?  Is there a difference or did Gigabyte just make a grammar mistake for one of these?

Also, I'd noticed there's a 1.1 revision of this motherboard.   Would you have any idea what might have been changed?

i have no idea. you would have to ask gigabyte support. you could flash the new bios and if that doesnt work try asking them. also have you tried putting the ram speed and timings in yourself?

Yeah that's what I ended up doing was I looked at the package and manually input the timings myself.  Though I set the RAM to 2800mhz instead of 3000 that it's rated for just in case that might help it be stable.  Seems to have worked since I haven't had any issues with my RAM that I know of.

Ooooooo shiny PS4 Pro and Pokemon Sun. ?  Mighty need!  ?

Have fun with those.  Do you mind if I ask how you decided on Sun?  I'm curious.

The pro. I mean.  I just got Sun and Moon today myself and an extra copy of Sun for my friend who works harder than I do and deserved a treat.  ?

I haven't decided which version to use for my main Sun/Moon play through but I'll use the other for replays when I feel like it since after multiple generations of these games and some idiot couldn't be bothered to implement multiple save filed for Pokemon games.  ?

I picked Sun because Sogaleo just looks badarse.  Played a little bit yesterday, but treated my parents out last night to dinner and movie so not much gaming occurred.

Probably game some today after I work on my essays for eng1101.  At least there is the holiday break on Thanksgiving.  I usually do not game much, but Pokemon games I greatly enjoy.

I'm torn.  I like nighttime in general and the moon legendary is psychic/ghost which is pretty cool IMO.  But the sun version has the special form of vulpix.  So hard to choose.  ?

Well, once I get where the snow vulpix is, I don't mind trading one to you.

I agree on the Moon's legendary being psychic/ghost, pretty neat combo.

Of course that maybe a while, been having a blast playing Need for Speed on the PS4 Pro.  Lucky enough, EA's servers don't through to much of a fit over my sat connection.
