id suggest just waiting if yo can. If you wait for the 5600x to come into stock that will be a larger performance leap and better overall for you. 
 
I would neevr buy a 9700k if you can buy a a 10600k for the same price.

So I thought there may be some new firmware for my two SATA SSD but they're in RAID 0 and Samsung Magician didn't detect them, it only detected RAID Array.. Any idea anyone?
 
 

Those were a lot of entries, so it looks like some automated process put it in / overwrote the hosts file. I have no clue of what it may have been, but beware that the root cause may still be out there.
 
Also, @aDoomGuywas  on the money with the hosts file from the beginning, so save some, uhm, "love" for him

OP: i recommend backing up what you need (if you need anything) then wiping your drive completely and re-installing windows.

Either the software ccleaner or your debloater powershell messed up your Windows host file and blacklisted the site or the software you downloaded is malicious. Since your phone can access to them sites then we can roll out internet culprit. The only thing left is your Windows OS.

ive been spit shining my monitor for years. Makes sense considering most of the dirt on there is from me sneezing on it.

No, they have coatings on the surface of the actual screen. 

i clean my monitors with a cloth lightly damped with water (no drips/runny liquid allowed)
 
fingerprints should disapear after a few gentle wipes, dont go too hard on it too as u may leave streaks

If you bought it new, they'll replace it with a new one, at least that's my experience in store in Canada

I shut down my computer when I go to sleep. When I go shopping or doing normal stuff, I use hibernate mode because hibernate mode doesn't consume power like sleep mode.
