macOS. I have to admit I HATED macOS when I was using it the 1st time... everything seems too pretty and lack of function. 
Then I got used to it, then I started to dislike windows. 
And a year or two later, macOS becomes my primary OS. 
I use a macbook and hook it to my monitor, while there is a i7 8700 8GB of ram 1060 machine sitting under the desk. 
Still I prefer macOS than windows 10.

I hope I am not the only one that is really glad that apple is just being apple and not listening to everyone else's "opinion". 

I don't think it would hurt for macos to also run ios apps, but certainly it shouldn't come at the expense of the current experience. I wish MS would understand that.

maybe repair shops wouldn't have to use third party screens if apple wasn't so uptight about having third parties repairing their devices and actually providing official parts and tools to repair services.

Even better if you have a Samsung smart-TV. No need to buy anything at all, you can just use the free Steam Link app. It even supports 4k.

you could take a look at a couple year old second hand prebuilt machine (2nd or 3rd gen i3 or i5) and throw a new ssd in there for a speedy machine. you can probably take a look at a dell optiplex 790 or similar for a small machine

I don't know currently but I would definitely say a lot of the game programmers a few years ago were more than likely self taught.

It should be fine on most games, the g4560 can choke on cpu intensive games though.

#2 A Linux Desktop Environment that that doesn't look and feel a decade old.
#3 Proper full .NET support for Linux
#4 For both the RGB and "Gamer" ascetic trends to die completely. 
#5 For  the G-sync / Freesync divide to go away. Either all monitors should support both or 1 standard is dropped completely and both GPU camps support just the 1 left.

Which is Strange because the only issue I really have with it is how High Sierra sees the Bootcamp partition on my MacBook Pro.

It is nice they managed to fix the issue quickly and without blaming it on something else. Something the technology industry could learn from.
