No, people actually care, and I'm glad that this didn't go underneath all the news and is persistent, and it should stay this way, I want this to be gone, something this ridiculously powerful and a collapsing democracy isn't necessarily a good combination

I think it will happen what Logan said in the latest Tek, and that is that the "blacklist" will obviously fail and they'll use that as an excuse to change it to a whitelist, and then they'll monetize it like if it was TV and you pay for the sites that you want (really hope I'm wrong).

ENB is just a drag and drop very easy If you can't do that don't install mods at all because you could have load order issues and that is much harder to deal with than installing an ENB. I only know of 1 that is not compatible with other mods. I have installed about 6 different ENB's with 80+ mods before I found the right one and I haven't had a problem with compatibility at all.
 
There are so many mods out there, best place to start would be the top files on nexusmods for a bunch of graphics mods.

it's a little outdated but it combines the best parts from a LOT of mods. The only downside is you have to download and combine them manually, which takes some time.

I don't think you are looking at the graphs correctly. This card is not a few frames shy of the 770.

That is ridiculous Windows 7 only uses 250MB and that can actually do something useful.
