What Do You Feel is (Remarkably) Unique about You?

Title, I try hard to describe what I want my thread to be in the title alone.

I guess I've always felt that while a lot of myself is unique, what stands out with me against anyone else lies in my music taste contrasted to my interest in shows.

Bluntly, I'm an old-school rap junkie; meanwhile, I love old cartoons like The Flintstones and the original Scooby-Doo series. Granted, that's not even close to the only interest clash I have.

I have a pretty diverse taste in music, I think that's pretty unique.

I'm also a Brony for those of you who somehow still don't know.

 

Overall, I don't consider myself to be a terribly unique person. I do pride myself on my sense of humor though.

Oh gee. Basically me, I'm different from most I know. I'm a weeb, bisexual nerdy weirdo in human skin. Everyone around me including family is anti gay, so that's fun. The list goes on....

 

Honestly, I think what's unique about me is how different I am from everyone that surrounds me, but I still try to make friends with everyone... No matter their opinions or anything. I don't try to stand out, or change people... I just accept people how they are and hope people accept me.

The problem with doing such an assessment is that we rarely have full pictures of the world around us. 

We tend to see ourselves as complete human beings, while others are often considered as partial or as a collection of limited parts, and we tend to assess our own uniqueness by observing how parts of our personality come together. 

There's also the problem that most of these things aren't easily quantifiable (or at least aren't quantified in a meaningful way), so we often base our assessment on personal experiences, which are inherently flawed. 

 

On a quantifiable level, I guess the only unique feature I have is my IQ:

My IQ is relativly low, so I fall way below the bell-curve, but that still puts me in with about 16% of the population. 

But I honestly doubt that you can call yourself unique or remarkable when you're pretty much 1 in 5.

I go to bed and wake up what seems to be early compared to my friends (I'm in bed usually around 8:45, then I read for half an hour, and I wake up usually around 6:30).

 

 

Oh, and I'm going into 8th grade, and I still weigh 89 pounds and am 5' 1".

Most of my mates think I'm versatile. I'm a silent guy so my mates thought that way, until they found out that I'm into drifting, parkour, rallying, other sports that a "silent" guy shouldn't be doing.

Oh, my family's backgrounds and interests are business and economics. But I'm into IT and cars (not really into business and economics to be honest, but I took those subjects in high school).

Either puberty is gonna hit you like a fucking truck or you're winding up short as hell.

It hit me in the way that my body proportions kinda grew with me, and I wound up at ~6'.

Simply avoiding toxic people has been working so far, over the years I've learnt that almost everyone will try to use you (or me) for their own personal benefit. having 100% true friends nowadays is super hard

I have an I.T. background and work in I.T. Everyone else that works around me has degrees in criminal justice, psychology, business, etc but they work in my department. It creates a giant disconnect and I'm always bored.

I'm super into anime, otaku maybe borderline weeb (please send help the body pillows are at the gates) but also love ancient and medieval western history and looking at me day to day I'm basically an otaku in normie skin/clothing working a successful job supporting myself on my own (that last ones probably not that unique tbh)

I've got nothing really remarkably unique about myself that I can think of. I'm pretty plain, more cons than pros I'd say.
