how to set up a new pc ready for a customer

So i was looking to get into selling PCs and i userstand how to get a PC set up and everything properly i was just wondering how i set it up to still have all the latest drivers i installed for the gpu and all that but still give the new owner the ability to just turn on the PC and immediately create an account with full permissions also i seen a ztt video where he talks abt how he sets up chrome and steam before he sends people their PC but doesn't talk abt how when they get the pc are able to still set their own account up with the stuff he pre downloaded for them so i am confused on how to set up steam and chrome with all the drivers for everything for the new owner and still give them the ability to set up their account how they want it with their password and username ECT without having to go through a bunch of settings to change things around

Look up sysprep and audit mode in google. Basically sysprep lets you have the system go back to the initial setup menu. Audit mode lets you install drivers and programs before making an account.
