If you have a complaint, concern or question about any moderator action that has been taken against you, please send a PM to me, @Whiskers and/or the moderator in question, and we will gladly discuss it. All complaints about moderation that I have been made aware of have either been completely unfounded or the result of misunderstandings or miscommunication, but if there was a case of moderator abuse then we would consider that to be a serious problem, and deal with it accordingly.   C

I'm pretty sure banned members which at one point at the brink of being banned and received multiple warning points act more like Amy and Sammy from Amy's Baking Company xD

If someone asks why someone got banned, then we give them this:

What kind of things do you think we store about users? To my knowledge, we don't store any data.

 

As far as moderation notes, those are for the staff team. I haven't done much reading about GPDR, but @colonel_mortis can probably answer your question better than I can, being an admin.

To be clear, pranking isn't exactly against the rules as long as you follow the CS.

The GDPR allows you to view the PII that we hold on you, but it doesn't entitle you to view all information that we hold that may in any way be associated with your account, so top secret moderator information is off limits I'm afraid.

Sometimes they'll get locked if the status update violates CS but doesn't merit being removed, other times if it gets requested. Such as giveaways, they'll be locked while a winner gets picked.
