Hello,

I have been having an issue with Wake on LAN where it just doesn’t wake. I use “Wolow” to wake it from my phone. I have followed multiple tutorials to set it up, so I’m confident it’s set up correctly.

Here’s the issue:

When I shutdown my PC normally, it doesn’t start again when I use Wolow. However, if I shutdown and then turn off and on my PSU by flipping the switch, Wolow works perfectly fine. I looked for many forums with this issue, but had no luck. I’ve also tried with other Wake on LAN apps, and had the same issue. If anyone has any tips or needs more info, please let me know!

Here’s my motherboard:

ASUS Prime Z590-A

That defeats the purpose lol you can get a PC to turn on through "LAN" just by logging in with Remote Desktop.

whats your use case exactly

So I have Wolow automated on my phone as it’s connected to Siri automation. Every day at 7:00pm, my PC turns on automatically as that’s when I usually get on for gaming with friends. But again, it doesn’t work unless I turn my PSU off and on beforehand.
