they are some seriously impressive clock speeds. you must have really good cards and a really good cpu. you are the highest dual amd gpu score now, which is amazing considering there are no 290X beating you at all! :)

it isn't 1655mhz. valley reads nividia cards with boost it wrong, it will say what it actually was in afterburner or gpuz  :)

Valley thinks my 660s are doing 1300+ boost. Silly valley. Might actually pick up a 970 G1 once i manage to sell the 660s at some point this year.

CPU: i7 3770K 4.5Ghz (Water cooler)

GPU: Gigabyte G1 GTX970

Average FPS: 67.5

Score: 2826

Setting: Extreme HD

I probably could get a bit more out of the vram, but my clock speed is truly maxed out, it exactly manages to run the benchmark before crashing briefly (not a hard crash more like black screen and back up again). Seems she is truly held back by voltage above anything else.

Well these 980 scores are quite underwhelming, even with their stupid high clocks.

Mercury | Caselabs Mercury S3 | Watercooled | GTX Titan | Build of the Week

good to see you've added the screen shot now :P

they are, but you have to remember they are on early drivers and they are only as fast as 780ti's. they do only have 2000 cores though so if nvidia bring out a 2800 maxwell core card it will be nearly 40% faster :P

From my experience it wont make much of difference if any at all.

You can't be serious.  Hyperthreading is a market joke?

Hmm that sucks as thats the best cpu for socket 1150 seems like i may have to pull out the mobo ram and cpu just for a cpu upgrade with decent gains lol pff

Will give you better overall scores in 3Dmark though.

Been my goal since getting the 980's to break that 20k score possibly around the 22k mark
