Unigine Valley Benchmark Scores Thread + SUPERPOSITION ***Over 1000 Submissions!***

Jumper118

Oh ok, makes sense, its strange cause they do just fine in Heaven 4.0, the GTX 980 reference is neck and neck with a non-reference 780ti, but the 780ti kills the 980 in valley and furmark.

could be there is a lot less variation on-screen in Heaven. valley has a lot of moving leaves, time of day cycling, scenes with rain and fog, and a full spectrum of colour. Heaven doesn't seem to have that constant fluctuation of the environment that likely kills colour compression on Maxwell.

Only runs like this in benchmarks, in games the nvidia drivers crash much, much sooner.

For my overclocks in the past when the memory is close to going unstable the score actually gets lower.

thats pretty high. most chips drop out at 103-105mhz, so 106.9 is quiet amazing. its a shame the multiplier isn't unlocked as well.

All I know is it doesnt do 108Mhz BCLK. (4200Mhz CPU) which is a shame...

The reason I got this Asus Z97-K is to throw in my future i7 (Xmas)

maybe, because i went a bit wrong somewhere. i was a bit confused as to where i had updated up to, as i always get broken off half way through updating this thread. i will try and fix this now :P

edit: i think i've fixed it now. good effort getting that i5 to 5.3ghz! how much voltage did you use?

what was the clock speed of that card please?
