Because it was before your time. ;)
That was in 2014 or something like that when they made a VS V2 series where Cooler Master went from Taiwanese Caps (Su'scon and Teapo and similar) to full "Wapanese" wet lytics...

Yeah, there is none and probably won't be one anytime soon as it is something for System Integrators and not End User - those should get the Pure Power 10 instead...

 

Well, if the Plattform is anything like Cougar LX you can expect something decent, not too bad. Decent Voltage Regulation well within spec.

Nothing too fancy.

And nothing that might kill you in any way...

 

Anyway, now to the facts, from what I could see:
It is something like Cougar LX (or rather more like Cooler Master Master Watt).

Fan: Basic, Standard Yate Loon D12SM

Caps: Good Taiwanese/Chinese Entry Level one for Secondary Filtering (in that example Teapo SC), Primary was Elite.

But +5VSB Caps are Mid Range ones (in this Case Nippon Chemicon KZE)

There's only one review for a unit and it's in chinese so good beats.

 

But considering its load distribution, the year of its release and this review, it's probably tier 5, 4 at best. This is an educated guess. The 5-year warranty is at least something.

Platform the same as the Cougar LX600 (made by HEC probably), according to Orion. (can't find that model in realhardtechx)

Apparently it's very similar to the 700B / 650BQ / 750BQ

I think I'll hold off calling a tier on it until I see a review, but expect around BQ performance.
