Several of my friends got it, played it, and wished they hadn't bought it.

 

Also, nowadays, you don't have to play a game to know it's bad. It's pretty obvious from watching a game to tell whether it's terrible.

cause it's so generic, anyone can tell what there will be in it by just watching the trailer. I didn't play but let me guess: it's a third person action adventure game with stealth elements where all i have to do is either pew pew pew or stealthy pew pew pew a bunch of people, did i miss something? oh yeah also have to do stuff with phones and hacking to find who to pew pew pew

I bought the 1st game was useless in controls in gamepad and KB-Mouse still yet to see if any upgrades have been done to it lol. i just could not control the thing ,WASD Mouse was horrid. Will def- try it again this long weekend .Been playing GTA V all this time & Age Of Empires 3 mostly .

Side note: Kinda the same thing for Saints Row the 3rd (KB Mouse fine ) and Max Payne 3 .must be me tho Watch Dogs was very Horrid for that was srsly wanting to play it ,even bought the Hat. loz.

I played it with keyboard and mouse, just like I play any game, and it was fine. Go ahead and try to play the first Dark Souls without any mods while using kb&m and see for yourself how bad it can be.

It's not a GameWorks title, so it can run more than 33 fps on a GTX 1080. No reason to downgrade when most computers will be able to run it

Might as well say that gta, metal gear and lots of other similar games are shit because you shoot people

I am really looking forward to this game.  I dislike Ubisoft, but Watch_Dogs was a game I had genuine fun with.  The story and voice-acting of the main character wasn't great, the supporting characters were wonderful though, and the world they created was pleasing, even with some downgrades.

It'll downgraded for the console players, and the PCMR will have to suffer for it basically.

Location is San Francisco, new protagonist which apparently isn't a "good guy" anymore but more of a gang guy, drones, VR etc. Pretty good

I'm willing to give it a shot, i just hope to hell they fix the driving mechanics, crappy music and terrible vehicle sound effects. The new protagonist seems way more interesting than the old one and i like the hacktivist angle

I honestly like it that way. I don't want a huge part of the development budget to go to rich musicians. I want it to go into the game so it's better. You can always listen to your own music instead. However it would be nice if you could set a radiostation to your music library or something. The only thing that was annoying was when a song was interrupted and then restarted.

 

What was wrong with the vehicle sounds? I love the sound of the busted transmission when the car was damaged.

The 1st was kind of fun, but honestly, I won't buy it day one.

Ubisoft is well known for its issues, moreover, this is an open world game, and WD1 suffered a lot from texture streaming stutters.

 

Also: it will be downgraded, parkour is scripted as fuck, the pitch will be forgettable.

Has to be better than the first game, the gameplay was so boring and repetitive. It's a shame because it has so much potential, but for Ubisoft, it seems gameplay is right at the bottom of their list of priorities when making any game.

Don't want to just to anything because history, but that might be the best looking trailer I've ever seen. Seriously, half of the time I couldn't tell if it was rl of game.
